- Who do I contact if my UPS breaks down?

- How long is the warranty period of my UPS unit?
Standard warranty for UPS products is two (2) years from date of end-user invoice.
- How do I find out if my UPS is still under warranty?
Once you provide the serial number of your unit, we can pull up information on the purchase date of your UPS. If not, you can bring along your original sales invoice to check if your UPS is still covered by the two year warranty.
- Where shall I bring my defective UPS unit for service? Can I have the unit delivered/picked up instead?
If the unit has been deemed defective and replaceable, the customer may either (1) request for the delivery of the replacement unit thru an authorized courier service provider to be facilitated by the service support representative (freight charges on account of customer), OR (2) bring the defective unit to the authorized distributor or reseller.
- Will I be given a brand new unit if my UPS is deemed defective? Will the warranty cover parts and service?
For 0 to 3KVA micro UPS, replacement units may be reconditioned or brand new units. For UPS greater than 3 KVA, service warranty is given for two (2) years. Please note that warranty is given only in cases of factory defects of parts and does not cover mishandling of the UPS on the part of the user.
- How long will it take for my UPS to be replaced?
The replacement unit may be available for delivery or pickup within 10 working days. Once replacement arrives, the customer needs to call the Warranty Support Line to advise that unit has arrived and defective unit is ready for collection.
- Who shall shoulder freight charges for the delivery of the replacement unit?
A minimal amount for delivery will be shouldered by the customer for onsite replacements.
- Will warranty restart upon the issuance of a replacement unit?
Warranty re-commences upon delivery or issuance of the replacement unit.
- What do I do if my UPS’ warranty already expired? Is there extended warranty for products?
When warranty expires, our service centers will be willing to attend to the concerns of your UPS with a minimal fee to cover service and possible part replacement. For units greater than 3 KVA, when the service warranty expires, you can signup for a Service Contract from Emerson Network Power Global Services, our UPS service specialists.
- Who shall repair my defective UPS?
Only certified service engineers from Emerson Network Power shall handle repair and technical concerns for your UPS units. These service engineers undergo rigid training on the UPS technology of Emerson Network Power, so users are assured of quality service from ENP Global Services.
