CableMaster
The CableMaster Series
A dynamic change from the traditional 2 post "Labrack" systems, the Emerson Network Power "CableMaster" series offers fully integrated cable management that is neatly covered by front doors, to gurantee a stylish finish to any cable installation. |
 |
Features:
Support for high density patch panels and volume cabling is enhanced by integrated vertical cable ducts?available in 200 mm & 300 mm widths.
CableMaster 19" frames comply with world wide racking specifications IEC 297, DIN 41494 and EIA-310-D. Available in 41U & 46U heights.
Made from 2.0 steel and finished in a durable powder coat paint in either Emerson Network Power standard RAL 2035 (Grey/Beige) or Black. |
|
These CableMaster open frame cable racks are extremely strong and sturdy, having a static load capacity in excess of 500Kg. (1100Lb).
CableMaster 19" mounting rails are supplied with full rack space identification numbers, for easy height identification and patch panel positioning. |
CableMaster 19" mounting is achieved through steel M6 Caged Nuts and steel M6 x 12 Screws, which have a high torque capacity guaranteeing durability through the life of the rack.
Cable entry cutouts comply with requirements for "preferred operational bend radius" for Cat 6 of 2-5 inches diameter ( 50-125mm).
Note: The "minimum" bend radius recommended is 1-1.5 inches ( 25-38mm).
CableMaster can be supplied as a basic free standing, open architecture single frame, or bayed together to form doubles, triples or an entire row.
Simple economic growth - No joining kits required, each add-on 19" frame creates the cable duct zone complete with cable loops. |

 |
| Fixed angle supports at the base, offer provision for floor anchoring. Studs are available for additional anchoring through a raised floor into the slab for seismic shock and vibration applications. |

|
CableMaster is supplied with 300mm x M12 threaded studs fitted to the roof panel to assist with the mounting of cable trays or cable duct systems.
These studs are also ideal for permanent anchoring to any ceiling structure.
"Open" cable entry at the top and bottom of each cable duct zone means that any cable looms delivered through the base or from the ceiling will enter directly above or below the duct zone.
Chimneys are also available for ceiling cable entry, providing a safe and secure area for volume cable looms that are then covered for a professional, clean and tidy finish.
16 cable loops per vertical duct, allow for no-fuss quick and easy adds, moves and changes. |
A significant cable opening is punched in 11 places down each side of the rack, this opening allows for a gradual cable bend radius from the patching field into the vertical cable duct zone.
Upper and lower cable troughs, complete with cable radius guides, are available for seamless cross patching throughout a full row of Cable Master frames. |
|
The front zone is dedicated to volume cross patching and is protected by a hinged door.
The centre cable zone extends to the rear and is primarily for high volume CAT6 Looms. |
