In March Emerson Network Power conducted the current deployment of the biannual Market Pulse business confidence survey amongst IT&C infrastructure businesses around Asia. The results are yet to be officially announced however a segmented view of telecom respondents makes for interesting reading. The sample segmentation is very similar to the October survey with operators making up 70% of the responses and the balance coming from Tech providers.
