Hot Network? Cool Answer!

With the many solutions available, getting the right cooling approach and technology for the job can be a daunting task.  Emerson Network Power’s holistic approach to solving customer’s critical cooling requirements considers two important variables – First, every customer has a unique set of infrastructure requirements and second, business maturity and goals continue to affect operational service level agreements.

This acknowledgment is fundamental in our philosophy to solving customer’s critical cooling requirements as well as our broad portfolio of products/solutions to meet your specific needs - we have down flow systems for raised floor facilities, up flow units where there are no raised floors, supplemental systems for tightly packed racks and smart communication controls for ultra dense applications.

Leveraging our vast experience in the telecommunications and IT infrastructure market, Emerson Network Power provides the latest technological improvement and cutting-edge techniques. Our portfolio of precision cooling products includes both small and large-scale facilities for all the Fortune 500 companies. Our expertise ensures a safe and optimal environment for mission-critical operations.

  • Liebert PEX – this solution brings efficiency, reliability and space savings in a complete    package. It is designed for room applications but can work as supplement for rack and row applications. It provides reliable cooling performance suited for today’s critical facilities. It has intelligent communications and monitoring features that enables multiple Liebert PEX units to work as a team.
  • Liebert DM – designed for small computer rooms and network closets, the Liebert DM solves the thermal challenges brought by new computing requirements that comfort cooling systems fail to address. It removes sensible heat energy and provides high reliability with ease of service, sophisticated control and redundancy necessary to keep the facility up and running 24x365.
  • Liebert CRV – is a self-contained precision cooling unit, ideally designed for cooling rows of racks in small and medium facilities. It has the ability to modulate capacity allowing precise and constant room temperature and humidity levels. This can be used in open architecture or with cold aisle containment or with SmartAisle, for both new and existing buildings, and with or without raised floors.
  • Liebert XD – This cooling solution provides unprecedented flexibility and scalability. These solutions can complement existing cooling systems to increase the utilization of space and energy, while enabling a tiered approach to cooling based on temperatures within the entire room, specific zones or individual racks. The Liebert XD supports high density applications of over 30kW per rack.
  • Liebert XDR – is an optimal solution in energy–efficient cooling. This is a passive system that relies on the air moving capability of the critical equipment itself, eliminating any additional requirement to moving air around critical space. Energy consumed in this solution is entirely focuses on heat removal. It is mounted back of the rack and essentially, is a room-neutral solution. The Liebert XDR supports high density systems of up to 20kW and can be retrofitted onto any 24”x42U rack.
  • SmartAisle – is a platform of technologies designed to optimize the efficient design and operation of the critical facility. Its main design principle is to entirely separate hot and cold air and this is achieved by optimizing the cold aisle by components such as doors, sealing panels and the sophisticated iComs Control system. The unit retrofits easily in existing facilities and applicable to new rooms.

Emerson works with telecom operators to fully understand their critical infrastructure requirements and to help them apply the optimal cooling approach for their business. Whether their focus is on achieving high availability, high energy efficiency, a reduced footprint or a variety of other attributes, Emerson will work with them to define the optimal solutions.
