IMPORTANT!

• Standard warranty on UPS units is 2 years from end-user invoice.
• For unit replacement, surrendered defective unit should include complete accessories (i.e.: cables, manuals and battery)
• Replacement units may either be reconditioned unit or on critical/ special cases, brand new units.
• The warranty of the original unit continues even if a replacement unit has been issued..
