The following simple and easy steps will facilitate fast warranty claims for defective UPS units: |

IMPORTANT!
- Standard warranty on UPS units is 2 years from end-user invoice.
- For unit replacement, surrendered defective unit should include complete accessories (i.e.: cables, manuals and battery)
- Replacement units may either be reconditioned unit or on critical/ special cases, brand new units.
- The warranty of the original unit continues even if a replacement unit has been issued.
