Warranty Support


The following simple and easy steps will facilitate fast warranty claims for defective UPS units:

 



IMPORTANT!

  • Standard warranty on UPS units is 2 years from end-user invoice.
  • Onsite replacement is applicable ONLY to UPS 3KVA and below.
  • For 3 to 6 KVA units, service warranty is given for two (2) years. When warranty expires, customer can agree on a Service Contract from ENP Global Services.
  • For onsite replacement and for units brought to the distributor/reseller, surrendered defective unit should include complete accessories (i.e.: cables, manuals and battery)
  • Replacement units may either be reconditioned unit or on critical/ special cases, brand new units.
  • Warranty re-commences upon delivery of the unit to end user site in cases of onsite replacement.
