Warranty Support


The following simple and easy steps will facilitate fast warranty claims for defective UPS units:

 



IMPORTANT!

  • Standard warranty on UPS units is 2 years from end-user invoice.
  • For onsite replacement and for units brought to the distributor/reseller, surrendered defective unit should include complete accessories (i.e.: cables, manuals and battery).
  • Replacement units may either be reconditioned unit or on critical/ special cases, brand new units.
  • The dealer may charge the customer for cases of onsite warranties.
