Warranty Support
The following simple and easy steps will facilitate fast warranty claims for defective UPS units:

Notes:
- UPS warranty is two (2) years
- Emerson reserves the right to replace the UPS with new or reconditioned unit
- Warranty period validity remains the same and is not renewed or extended
- Unreturned defective UPS within thirty(30) days shall be billed to the customer
