HIMOD is the Room Cooling range of Liebert Hiross from Emerson Network Power. While still offering unmatched environmental control and reliability, the HIMOD range raises the bar of performance in Precision Air Conditioning setting new standards in terms of Energy, Efficiency, Compactness and Sound Emissions.

The range consists of 14 cooling capacity sizes, from 5 to 140 kW. Generous sized Heat exchangers are the most important factor required to achieve optimum performance. The large surface of the coils gives high cooling capacity even working with relatively warm fluid.

Typical operating temperature is 10-15°C inlet-outlet provides with two significant benefits:

• Close to one Sensible Heat Ratio (SHR) value makes the central chilling system working at optimum efficiency condition. HIMOD units can be supplied with an exclusive fan type, which enables you to further increase the unit’s efficiency and therefore significantly reduce operating costs.
• EC fans [Electronically Commutated DC motors] consume up to 30% lower power than regular single-phase motors. The internal electronics of the EC fan are integrated into Liebert HIROSS’ controls.

Air delivery patterns Downflow Suction from the top and delivery from the bottom plate. Downflow units blow under a raised floor with grills with double function: air delivery duct and carrier for technical items, like pipes and cables.
