Congratulations are in order for partners who have passed their Fast Track training! In recognition of your hard work and support, we are sending out some Emerson-branded tokens your way. Congratulatory emails will be sent beginning today. You will receive your tokens from your respective Partner Managers.

Also, based on the feedback we’ve received from some partners, we’re tweaking our monthly quiz item (Think Fast) to indicate a deadline for entries. That way, partners have more time to participate in our fun brain teasers and win special prizes. Be sure to join this month’s contest! We’re raffling off Emerson-branded travel adaptors to 5 partners who send in their correct answers.

Finally, our thoughts and prayers are with our friends in Japan. Emerson recently announced a donation JPY 50 million (approximately USD 625,000) to the American Red Cross for transfer to the Japanese Red Cross. All of us at Emerson extend our deepest condolences to the victims and their families. Our contribution to their recovery is one small way we can demonstrate our commitment to giving back to the communities where we operate.

Cheers,

Judging from the responses we’ve received from last month’s issue, it seems many of you partners appreciated the whitepaper we shared on the leading culprits for data center downtime.

To give partners more opportunity (and reason) to revisit the whitepaper, we’re once again basing this month’s Think Fast questions on the document. Ready to work your NSP IQ?
