Over the last two months, the different Solutions Partner teams in the region have been locked in numerous planning sessions (per market unit) in an effort to understand the company’s current direction, and how best to align the channels to help each country's goals. This then culminated in the Channel Team Kick-off for 2012, held early this month, which had top channel representatives from our various market units converge for an annual meeting and planning conference.

During the kick-off, we conducted a comprehensive review of fiscal year 2011, and honored key players of Emerson’s Solutions Partner business who performed exceptionally in the last year. I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate Philippines’ Jam Macalino and Singapore’s Janet Teo, who won Best Solutions Partner Manager and Most Valuable Team Member respectively! This month, we introduce you to Jam; while Janet takes center stage in our “Who’s Who” feature next month. Job well done to both of them!

We also set key objectives going into 2012 and listed strategies for another winning year. What does this mean for you? Read this month’s main feature to find out.

Meet Jam Macalino, Channel Business and Strategic Accounts Manager for Emerson Network Power Philippines

Jam emerged the big winner at the recent (Regional) Channels Team Kick-off, having been awarded “Best Solutions Partner Manager” for FY 2011, covering October 2010 to September 2011. Jam has been with Emerson for close to three years, starting out as an Enterprise Account Manager.

Having displayed impressive leadership and sales management skills, he was moved to the Partner Manager role at the start of FY2011. In this role, he was tasked with handling legacy partner Data Center Design Corporation (DCDC) while signing-up new partners in the Philippines. More

 

 

Emerson Network Power Signs QLD Communications Giant TTGroup as Solutions Partner

Emerson has partnered with Queensland-based national communications and ITC services company, TTGroup Communications, further extending its certified solutions partner program in Australia.

TTGroup specializes in converged voice and data communications. With offices in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville, the company designs, implements and maintains IP telephony systems with integrated data communications through a network of more than 40 affiliated dealers across Australia.
