Value Added Partners are a select group of resellers who have a maintained business and transactional relationship with Emerson’s authorized local distributors. Value Added Partners are partners who have sustained interest to deal in Emerson’s run rate products.
To qualify for this category, an active VAR should have at least an average of five (5) transactions with the distributor in one quarter. Value Added Partners will enjoy exclusive privileges that an ordinary reseller does not enjoy. |

Online Courses Value Added Partners have access to the Learning Center of Emerson Network Power. These publicly available e-Learning modules can be taken by interested partners for an in-depth understanding of and education on Emerson solutions. Aside from the e-Learning modules, Value Added Partners are also entitled to attend the Learning Center training program conducted in the locality. Certifications will be provided to every Value Added Partner who attends the training.
Eligibility to Promotions Value Added Partners are eligible to join promotions initiated by Emerson Network Power or its authorized distributors. These promotions can be in the form of rebates, discounts or outright prizes.
Product Warranty Emerson Network Power provides fast-response warranty support, including full replacement of products and the availability of warranty extensions. If a Liebert product requires warranty service, it will be repaired at the customer’s location or replaced.
Web Site Value Added Partners have access to the Uptime Partner portal (www.emersonnetworkpower-partner). The portal offers information on products, support materials like brochures, flyers and products webcasts. Value Added Partners also have access to the Partner Zone, a dedicated secured zone for accredited Uptime Partners which is a repository of rich information, tools and marketing updates for partners.
Priority Communication Value Added Partners are subscribed to the monthly newsletters of Emerson Network Power intended for Uptime Partners. This monthly newsletter features updates on Emerson solutions and products, market trends, valuable information from white papers and webcasts. Priority is also given to Value Added Partners for direct marketing communication on product introductions, updates, promos and events.
Partner Meets Partners under this category are extended exclusive invitations to Partner Meets which are usually held once or twice in a year. These Partner Meets are exclusive conferences for partners to enrich their knowledge on Emerson solutions, marketing skills and competencies and widen their network reach.
Loyalty Incentive Programs Active Value Added Partners are entitled to attractive incentives and rewards programs for sales and loyalty. This program is devised to reward active Value Added Partners based on their scale of transactions with Emerson Network Power. A wide range of reward prizes await partners who meet certain requirements to qualify for rewards. |
How to become a Value Added Partner

This category is accorded to active Value Added Resellers who meet an average of five (5) transactions with the distributor in one quarter.
At the end of every quarter, Emerson sends a notification to the resellers to qualify to become a Value Added Partner. Yearly performance reviews of Value Added Partners are done to determine status and privileges accorded to them.
