Power distribution plays an ever important part in the overall configuration of a modern Data and Network cabinet System. Emerson Network Power can offer you a vast array of power strips - vertical or horizontal, to incorporate into your enclosure. We can also design power solutions to suit your special requirements.

Vertical power distribution strips are one of the most common styles used in 19" racks and cabinets.	Horizontal power options offer simple 19" rack mounting ease... Available to suit all 19" rack mounting rails, these power distribution strips can be recessed to allow for plug and cable overflow.

The power strip itself need to be connected to the main power source. Many options are available including all the Australian standard "screwlock" plug variants. IEC power is fast becoming the acceptable alternative to the traditional "Aussie" 3 pin plug. Connection via IEC direct from a UPS is also common.

Emerson Network Power is able to design and manufacture a wide range of custom power solutions. Requests for vertical and horizontal power strips in differing colours and with a specific number of outlets can be offered, contact our design team for your requirements. Internal wiring is all 20A, allowing standard modules to be converted from 10A to 15A or 20A.
