PSA1500 is designed to support single or multiple PCs. Typical PC requires 150VA to 300VA power. PSA1500 can easily support 3 PCs.
How long can PSA1500 support 3 PCs?
The runtime will depend on the actual load. A typical PC requires 150VA to 300VA power. PSA1500 can last more than 10 minutes with 3 typical PC load during power blackouts.
Can PSA1500 support servers?
PSA1500 is also designed to support servers running Windows operation system. A typical server requires 300VA to 500VA load. PSA1500 can easily support one server with more than 10 minutes backup time.
Does PSA1500 support USB?
PSA1500 supports only USB communications port. In fact, PSA1500 does not support RS232 ports due to popularity of USB.
How many equipment can connect to a PSA1500?
PSA1500 comes with 6 battery-protected outlets (black color) and 2 surge-only outlets (white color). You can connect as many as 8 equipment as long as the total load does not exceed 1500VA or 900 watts.
What are the advantages of surge-only outlets?
Non-critical and high power consumption equipments should connect to surge-only outlets so that critical equipments connected to battery-protected outlets can last longer during power outages.
Can ISWEBCARD be used on PSA1500?
No. PSA1500 does not have SNMP capability.
Can PSA1500 have additional USB or RS232 port?
No. PSA1500 comes with one USB port. It can only communicate with one PC or server.
What operation systems can DeskPro-Link support?
All Windows OS supporting USB port. That included Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows NT.
